Shipping policy

DELIVERY

The team at Abricot Florist will ensure that the flowers and goods purchased are delivered on the date selected. Same-day deliveries need to be made by the deadline to have the goods delivered on the same- day they are purchased. 

If there is no one home to collect the flowers, the recipient or customer will be notified via call or text. If the conditions are safe, the flowers will be left in water at the address. 

If the property is not accessible (eg. locked gates), the recipient or customer will be contacted. The recipient may be required to pick up the goods from the store, otherwise a re-delivery fee will be charged if the delivery is organised at another time. 

If the address provided is incorrect and the courier has already attempted to deliver the goods at the address provided, then a re-delivery fee applies to deliver the goods to the correct address. Alternatively, the recipient or customer can pick up the flowers from our store at no additional cost. Please understand, Abricot Florist is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We are not accountable for incorrect information submitted on our website.  

If the incorrect shipping rate is selected in the checkout page, this can result in non-delivery and no refund. The shipping rate must match the suburb listed, otherwise customer will be contacted for amounts owing in courier fees. 

The following delivery rates apply to the following suburbs. Please note: We only deliver to certain areas of the Mornington Peninsula.
